Javascript and cookies
This shop requires JavaScript and cookies to process any order you might make. One or both seems to be disabled on your borwser. In some cases, this is a workplace policy, but if that's not the case, follow the instructions below to enable JavaScript and/or cookies and then you'll be able to place your order.
In all cases, if you make changes, note down the original settings so you can change things back easily. If the changes don't seem to have made any difference, close all browser windows (quit the browser) and start it up again.
Enabling Cookies
Internet Explorer Go to the Tools menu > Internet Options > Privacy. If the privacy level is set to "Block all cookies" or "High", reduce it to "Medium High".
Alternatively you can set your browser to accept cookies from this web site as follows. Privacy > web sites > edit. In the "address of web sites" field, type "www.water4.net" and click "Allow". Click "okay" to save your changes.
Firefox 2+, Mozilla 1.6+ and Netscape 8+ Go to "Preferences" (either in Edit menu > preferences (PC) or Firefox menu > preferences (Mac). Click the privacy tab. If the "Accept cookies from sites" box is unchecked, check it. If it is checked, click the "Exceptions" button and make sure the site www.water4.net is not forbidden to store cookies.
Firefox 1.x, Mozilla 1.0 - 1.5 and Netscape 6.x and 7.x Go to "Preferences" (either in Edit menu > preferences (PC) or Firefox menu > preferences (Mac). Click on the triangle beside the "Privacy and security" category to see the subsections. Click on "Cookies". Make sure "Cookie acceptance policy" is set to "Allow cookies based on privacy settings" Click "View" and make sure the privacy level is not set to "custom" (medium is often best). Click "Okay" to put away the privacy settings, and then make sure the "Cookie lifetime policy" is set to "Accept cookies normally".
Enabling JavaScript
Internet Explorer Go to the Tools menu > Internet Options > Security. Click on the custom button, scroll down the long list to "scripting" near the bottomn. Make sure that "Active scripting" is set to enable. Save your changes.
Firefox 2+, Mozilla 1.6+ and Netscape 8+ Go to "Preferences" (either in Edit menu > preferences (PC) or Firefox menu > preferences (Mac). Click the content tab. If the "Enable JavaScript" box is unchecked, check it.
Firefox 1.x, Mozilla 1.0 - 1.5 and Netscape 6.x and 7.x Go to "Preferences" (either in Edit menu > preferences (PC) or Firefox menu > preferences (Mac). Click on the triangle beside the "Advanced" category to see the subsections. Click on "Scripts and plugins". Make sure "Enable Javascript" is checked (in Netscape it should be enabled for "Navigator".
